Japan to release another 200,000 tons
Japan's Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Minister Shinjiro Koizumi said on Wednesday that he will release an additional 200,000 tons of rice from emergency reserves to cope with soaring rice prices. Koizumi said the first 100,000 tons of the new rice will be from the 2021 harvest season, which will be sold to all types of retailers, including local distributors with milling capabilities. The remaining 100,000 tons will come from the 2020 season. สล็อตเว็บตรง
