Cambodian leader Hun Manet

On 9 June 2025, Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet attended the Third United Nations Ocean Conference (UNOC3) themed “Accelerating Action and Mobilizing Partnerships: Solutions for Ocean-Based Climate Action, Biodiversity and Sustainable Development” in Nice, France, where he delivered a speech on Cambodia’s marine conservation.
